Asian cuisine is the best! It’s always surprising, adventurous, and different from what we (as Americans) expect. Upon starting this blog, one of my goals was to experiment in this arena. It started with MM introducing me to my first wok. If you don’t own a wok, please, I beg of you, go and get one. The fun you will have! I always get super excited when I break out the wok. It means dinner will be a knock out! Besides playing with my wok, I also enjoy frying up little nuggets of goodness with classic take out sauces like sweet and sour, honey garlic, and classic orange sauce. I haven’t even scratched the surface and I look forward to many more Far East Cooking adventures in the future. But for today, I wanted to share with you some of my absolute favorite Asian dishes to cook at home. If you’ve never cooked takeout style dishes, you should try. It’s surprising how addictive it can become. These recipes are a great place to start. Enjoy!
