Sparkling Rum Punch

Sure it’s August but we still have a lot of warm days ahead of us. There is still plenty of time for fun in the sun. Speaking of fun, check out my latest cocktail creation: Sparkling Rum Punch!

My Sparkling Rum Punch is everything summer! Refreshing, fruity, tropical, and fizzy. With a blend of white and coconut rum, you’ll be able to imagine the sand beneath your toes. Couple that with pineapple, passion orange and guava juice, can you see the palm trees yet? Top it off with some club soda to give it a little sparkle for a cool and refreshing drink to beat the heat! I’ve tested it out at a few poolside gatherings this summer and it’s been a huge hit!

The key to making a good cocktail, in my opinion, is proportions. It’s easy to mess up a good thing by not paying attention to measurements. Getting the right rate of fizz to booze to fruity is what makes this drink amazing! That’s why, in this post, I’m giving you two recipes – one for a few and one for a crowd. That way whenever you make this drink it will come out perfect! Cheers to Summer!
